Pool Rules
On your booking you agree to the terms and conditions etc and have carefully read and understood them.
If you are unsure of any meanings or terminology you should contact the pool owners in writing by email.
Private Pool: Fox Lodge Pool is a private indoor pool in Brooke, exclusively available for hire by the hour. Please ensure you vacate the pool, pool area, and car park within your booked hour to allow time for the next guests.
Swimmer Capacity: The maximum number of swimmers is 4, with an additional allowance for 2 small children under the age of 6.
Parking: Car parking is strictly on-site only. There are 2 designated parking spaces, located to the right-hand side of the property.
Pool Temperature: The pool is heated to an average temperature of 30-31°C.
Facilities: There are 2 changing rooms and 1 wet room with a toilet and shower.
Session Timing: Your 1-hour session includes time for changing and vacating the parking space, if applicable.
Quiet Departure: Please leave quietly and in an organized manner to respect our neighbors.
Risk & Responsibility: Guests swim entirely at their own risk. The owners and management are not responsible for any accidents or injuries.
Supervision Requirements: A minimum of 2 competent swimmers must be in the pool at all times. We recommend 1 competent swimmer per non-swimmer. No lone swimmers with babies or toddlers are permitted.
Child Supervision: Children must be supervised at all times.
Pool Safety: The pool has a consistent depth of 1.4 meters. Diving, bombing, jumping, or pushing others into the pool is strictly prohibited.
Cleanliness: Please leave the changing rooms clean and tidy. Cleaning supplies, including antibacterial spray, are provided for your use.
Waste Disposal: All rubbish, including nappies, must be taken away with you.
Swim Nappies: Any child not fully toilet trained must wear a well-fitted disposable swim nappy, ideally with a reusable outer swim nappy. Used nappies must be taken away with you.
Health Precautions: Guests should be in good physical health. If in doubt, please consult a doctor before swimming.
Food & Drink: No food or drink is allowed on the premises, except for water in plastic bottles or water from the drinking tap in the changing room using the provided paper cups.
Pre-Swim Showering: To maintain water quality, please shower before entering the pool. Avoid using moisturizers, oils, perfumes, talcum powder, or tanning lotions prior to swimming.
Jewelry: Please remove all jewelry before swimming, except for plain gold wedding rings.
Pool Area Maintenance: External doors should be closed immediately upon entering, and windows should not be opened unless done so by the owners. This helps maintain air and pool temperature. Changing room doors should be left open when not in use.
Damage & Reporting: Any damage to the facilities must be reported to the owner and may be chargeable.
No Alcohol: No one is permitted to use the pool under the influence of alcohol.
Behavior: Abusive language or behavior will not be tolerated. Offenders will be asked to leave immediately and banned from future bookings.
Liability Waiver: By signing the terms and conditions, you confirm that you have read and understood them. You agree that the owners and management accept no liability, and you take full responsibility for the safety of yourself, your group, and any minors present.
Sauna Use: The sauna is available as an additional facility for adults only (16+). It carries an additional charge of £5.00 per hour. You are responsible for turning off the sauna and leaving it clean and tidy before leaving the pool complex.
